This form allows you to easily share how you’d like your new website to be designed—or, if we’re taking over an existing site, what updates and improvements you’d like to see. Please complete as many fields as possible so we have all the details necessary to deliver your project accurately and efficiently.

In the Project Notes section, please include as much detailed information about your business, non-profit, or organization as possible. Helpful details include (but are not limited to):

  • A description of your products and services

  • Your mission statement

  • Physical addresses and business hours

  • Key team members or leadership

  • Any other relevant background information

If there are websites—either competitors’ or others—that you find appealing or similar to what you envision, please include their URLs in this section. Seeing examples of designs you like helps us tailor your site to your style and preferences.

Remember: More information is always better than too little. We’ve provided upload sections below for images (such as logos, product photos, or building images), videos, and documents. You can upload most file types directly through this form. If you encounter any errors during submission, please make a note of it—we’ll promptly correct the issue.

I understand that the success of my business, website, products, or services depends on many factors beyond the control of JM Marketing. These factors include, but are not limited to, market demand, competition, pricing, customer service, reputation, follow-up practices, sales processes, advertising efforts, business operations, and economic conditions.

I understand that I am solely responsible for promoting and marketing my business, products, services, and website unless separate marketing or advertising services are specifically contracted in writing. This includes responsibility for networking, advertising, sales activities, customer follow-up, social media engagement, business development efforts, and other promotional activities necessary to generate leads and customers.

I understand that JM Marketing does not guarantee website traffic, search engine rankings, leads, phone calls, contact form submissions, sales, revenue, customer inquiries, social media engagement, advertising performance, business growth, or any other specific result. While JM Marketing may implement industry-standard website design, SEO, and digital marketing practices, no company can guarantee specific outcomes due to factors outside of its control.

I understand that JM Marketing is not a lead-generation company, sales agency, telemarketing company, or advertising agency unless such services are specifically outlined in a separate written agreement. Any paid advertising campaigns, lead-generation programs, ongoing SEO campaigns, social media management, or other marketing services must be separately quoted, approved, and contracted.

I understand that JM Marketing's responsibility is limited to performing the services outlined in my project agreement in a professional and timely manner. I remain responsible for operating, promoting, marketing, and growing my business.
