Remote Support Setup

Use the buttons below to download RustDesk and copy our remote support server configuration. After RustDesk opens, import the copied server configuration and provide us with your RustDesk ID and temporary password.

Windows Instructions

  1. Click Download RustDesk for Windows.
  2. On the RustDesk download page, choose the Windows EXE version.
  3. Do not choose the MSI version unless we specifically tell you to. The EXE version is the easiest option for normal remote support.
  4. Download, install, and open RustDesk.
  5. Return to this page and click Copy RustDesk Server Config.
  6. In RustDesk, click the small hamburger menu icon in the top-left corner.
  7. Click Network.
  8. Click ID/Relay Server.
  9. Click the small clipboard icon. When you hover over it, it should say Import Server Config.
  10. Paste the copied configuration if prompted.
  11. Restart RustDesk if it asks you to.
  12. Give us your RustDesk ID and temporary password.

Mac Instructions

  1. Click Download RustDesk for Mac.
  2. On the RustDesk download page, download the Mac version.
  3. Install and open RustDesk.
  4. Return to this page and click Copy RustDesk Server Config.
  5. In RustDesk, click the small hamburger menu icon in the top-left corner.
  6. Click Network.
  7. Click ID/Relay Server.
  8. Click the small clipboard icon. When you hover over it, it should say Import Server Config.
  9. Paste the copied configuration if prompted.
  10. Restart RustDesk if it asks you to.
  11. If your Mac asks for permission, allow RustDesk access for screen recording, accessibility, and remote control features.
  12. Give us your RustDesk ID and temporary password.
If the copy button does not work, make sure this page is opened using HTTPS.
Mac users may need to approve extra Apple security permissions before remote support will work. If prompted, allow RustDesk permission to share and control the screen.
