To help us achieve that, we’ve created this Client Information Form. This form allows you to easily share how you’d like your new website to be designed—or, if we’re taking over an existing site, what updates and improvements you’d like to see. Please complete as many fields as possible so we have all the details necessary to deliver your project accurately and efficiently.
In the Project Notes section, please include as much detailed information about your business, non-profit, or organization as possible. Helpful details include (but are not limited to):
A description of your products and services
Your mission statement
Physical addresses and business hours
Key team members or leadership
Any other relevant background information
If there are websites—either competitors’ or others—that you find appealing or similar to what you envision, please include their URLs in this section. Seeing examples of designs you like helps us tailor your site to your style and preferences.
Remember: More information is always better than too little. We’ve provided upload sections below for images (such as logos, product photos, or building images), videos, and documents. You can upload most file types directly through this form. If you encounter any errors during submission, please make a note of it—we’ll promptly correct the issue.
